Hello! I’m Clara Luo. I am a proud first-generation Chinese-American navigating the corporate world in advertising. I’ve had a non-linear career path, spanning industries from financial services, consulting, to advertising. I have a passion for simplifying the complicated: whether it's a product, brand promise, or a career decision. Over the last decade, I've been focused on defining strategic growth roadmaps for brands, companies & people (mentoring & coaching).

I am dedicated to helping others find their path to growth whether its personal, your career, or your business/brand. Navigating uncertainty is a large part of what we have to do, but we don’t celebrate the ‘in-between'' or the messy middle of it all.

Outside of the day job, I lecture at various universities on all things brand & cultural disruption. I am most passionate about sharing & speaking about the First-Gen experience, women's leadership, and Asian-American identity in the workplace.
